What do we do?
RESIDENTIAL
CP-1: Our quarterly service, Ciao Pest-1 is a modern day sustainable program that follows a holistic approach that goes beyond traditional methods. It includes measures to manage, prevent and control pests with minimal pesticide use or none at all.
Exclusion: This is the key aspect of our program, it includes sealing entry points, gaps & cracks or establishing other barriers to intrusion. Metal-X, Ridge-Guard, and Trench-Guard are some of the Exclusion Systems we use to get customers started on our Exclusion program. The idea is seal up the whole house and then maintain it on a preventative quarterly basis without pesticide.
White Glove Service: We Identify and take care of all repair services including necessary renovation of the property using our vendors. This helps our clients to not worry about finding individual contractors to fix misceleneous problems at a timely manner. Not all properties qualify. If your property doesn’t qualify, then this will be listed in your best practice form.
NPMA-33: We provide NPMA -33 WDI inspection report for all wood destroying insects including Termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees and re-infesting wood boring beetles.
COMMERCIAL:
Checklist: We provide the facility operator with our comprehensive checklist that includes all possible inspections so they have the knowledge and can check mark all the services they need after the free inspection. This helps the record keeping for the large institutions.
All-in Program: We inspect your facility, identify and treat pest-affected areas and provide recommendations and continuous evaluation to ensure the effectiveness of your pest control plan. We come in every month for the service and provide a report for your use record.
FRA: Our fly-roach-ant program is popular among our restaurant clients. This program eliminates fly problems from black flies, fruit flies and fungus gnats. Our service keeps them under control in your kitchen, dining, waste and storage areas. Fly problems can hurt your reputation, our program will eliminate them before they become an infestation. Services for roaches, ants and other common crawling insects are serviced with our gel baiting service which is tough on kitchen pests while easy on the kitchen environment.
